LEUCS products are designed to be lived in and built to last.

If you experience any manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us at info@leucs.com with:

• Your name
• Order number
• A clear photo of the issue
  

We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or credit the item as quickly as possible.

This policy applies only to orders placed directly through leucs.com. For items purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

All online purchases are eligible for optional shipping insurance during checkout.

If you select Route Shipping Protection (or an equivalent LEUCS-approved carrier protection), and your tracking number shows “Delivered” but your package is missing, please submit a claim directly through the insurance provider.

If shipping protection is not selected, LEUCS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered.

In that case, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with live updates.

If you need to edit or cancel your order before it ships, reply directly to your confirmation email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
